Technology is in our DNA. Way back in the eighties we identified the need for asset management software to collect, collate, manage and analyse property data so we developed ‘Lifespan’. We continue to invest heavily in software development combining the expertise of our surveyors with the skills of our in-house IT team to create industry focussed and intelligent software which is user centric. For those customers using the Lifespan mobile app to collect your Fire Risk Assessment data, it is imperative that you upload all of the existing assessments you have undertaken before Monday 5^th February 2024.

PAS 79 Fire Risk Assessment Template Update!

For those customers using the Lifespan mobile app to collect your Fire Risk Assessment data, it is imperative that you upload all of the existing assessments you have undertaken before Monday 5^th February 2024.

You will be required to refresh your core data as the ‘old’ Fire Risk Assessment template will be deactivated and will no longer be accessible on your Lifespan mobile app.

The new PAS 79 Fire Risk Assessment template will appear automatically from 5^th February 2024.
