With over 18 years in the housing sector, Nick Cremona, Senior Housing Consultant, brings a wealth of invaluable experience to our team, as well as firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by housing professionals. His role at Property Tectonics spans both consultancy and innovative software solutions, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.
Having previously been a Lifespan Software user, Nick offers a unique perspective, understanding exactly what our customers need from the platform. Now working across both our Professional Services and Lifespan Software teams, he applies his deep knowledge of asset management to ensure our software and services meet the demands of our customers. Whether supporting strategic planning on the professional services side or collaborating with our software team on new developments, such as the new mobile module,  Nick plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and improvements.  
Nick’s user first approach enables him to anticipate user needs, ensuring that our software solutions are intuitive, practical, and aligned with the day-to-day realities of housing professionals. His attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture means he can provide both in-depth analysis and high-level insights when needed to support our clients effectively.  
Since joining Property Tectonics, Nick has quickly become an integral part of the team, bringing practical experience, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong drive to enhance customer experience. Hiran Joshi, Technical Building Data Analyst, plays a crucial role in ensuring that surveying data is accurately integrated into our Lifespan Software, helping our customers to make informed asset management decisions.  
With a unique blend of expertise in both surveying and IT, Hiran’s multidisciplinary approach ensures that data flows smoothly from surveyors into the software, mitigating potential issues before they escalate. His technical understanding allows him to seamlessly connect surveying and software development, making processes more efficient and effective for both customers and our internal teams.  
Hiran also brings a strong customer service ethos to his role, with a background in customer service, he understands that clear communication and trust are essential in building confidence with users. Whether working with customers or colleagues, he prioritises proactive problem-solving and responsiveness, ensuring a positive experience for all users of Property Tectonics' services and software.

Creating intuitive, reliable, and efficient software is at the core of what we do at Property Tectonics, and Michael Blair, Software Engineer, plays a key role in ensuring that our Lifespan Software continues to evolve and perform at its best.
Since joining the team, Michael has been focused on enhancing the platform, fixing bugs, and developing new features, including reporting dashboards and improved user functionalities. His work ensures that the software runs smoothly, meets customer needs, and continuously adapts to industry demands.  
With a strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset, Michael brings both technical expertise and a touch of Irish humour to the team. A graduate with over four years hands-on industry experience, he is passionate about delivering practical, user-focused solutions that make a real difference to our customers.  
Michael’s goal is to enhance customer experience, and while his role is largely behind the scenes, he works closely with users to develop features that improve usability and efficiency, ensuring that every interaction with Lifespan Software is as seamless and positive as possible.
