Throughout the year Property Tectonics (pt) has continued to work closely with Admiral Taverns, providing a number of building surveying roles within their portfolio of pubs and restaurants.
This is a rolling scheme where the buildings are ‘called off’ to pt to provide the required professional services, this assists Admiral Taverns in improving their building stock. These services can range from defect reports to full building surveys.
