Property Tectonics (pt) is pleased to announce that we have recently been accredited to BAFE SP205, Fire Safety Register. As our customers' responsibilities and needs increase, we will increase our skill set and qualifications to provide the professional services they require. We can provide the following Fire Risk assessments for your organisation: Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, and Type 4 (intrusive FRA surveys).
We have a very experienced team of FRACS-accredited Fire Risk Assessors, headed up by our Head of Fire Consultancy at pt, Matthew Cox. Matthew has over 20 years of experience within the Health, Construction, Safety, and Fire industries. He is a member of both the Institute of Fire Safety Managers and the Institute of Fire Safety Engineers, holds NEBOSH Fire Safety certificates, and is a registered NAFRAR and FRACS assessor.
