Background:

Property Tectonics has undertaken a series of projects for Caritas over a twelve month period. Caritas aims to help people across the Diocese of Salford experiencing poverty, disadvantage and discrimination. Our work has included building condition survey work, feasibility studies, funding assistance and small projects (ensuite bathroom alterations and refurbishment).

Customer comment:

“Working with Property Tectonics on this twelve month project has been a pleasure. Not only were they incredibly helpful with the project from initial stages to delivery, but they also offered advice and guidance every step of the way, a great support to us throughout the project.

We were impressed with how well Property Tectonics managed the budget, they not only stuck to it, but even kept below the budget in some instances.

They were also flexible to change, inevitably with a long-term project there will be changes but Property Tectonics were great at adapting and managing any changes along the way. They also found and managed a great contractor for us.

We’ve built up a good relationship with Property Tectonics and would highly recommend them as trusted partners for any project. In fact, they have already quoted us for a similar project in a different building and as soon as that’s approved I will be straight back in touch with Richard and the team at Property Tectonics.”
