HHSRS Information: The Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) is the Governments approach to evaluating the potential risks to health and safety and identifies the severity of any issues. Under your HHSRS assessment, you collect information about damp and mould growth. Using our Lifespan Housing Software, we can assist with the effective reporting and monitoring of this information.
Management of Data:
If you are already collecting HHSRS and asset data, we can advise on how this information should be managed and reviewed, to reduce the risk of damp and mould growth to your residents. Using our Lifespan Housing Software, and using your exiting data, we can provide you with a detailed list of those properties that may be at risk.
Ventilation Assessment:
In 2021 Property Tectonics added a new ventilation assessment to its standard asset survey template, we recognised the need for the industry to collect and monitor damp and mould growth to reduce risk. To discuss your ventilation assessments and what we can o.er to improve your data repository, please get in touch.
Tenant Education:
Preventing the development of damp and mould in properties is the collective responsibility of all involved, therefore good resident information is vital. Helping residents to understand what can cause excess condensation, and how they help reduce problems is essential. This short video could be adopted as part of resident education campaigns and included on a tenant portal to reinforce this.
Through our Lifespan Housing Software, we can assist your organisations in identifying properties that could be a potential damp and mould risk and assist with the effective reporting and monitoring of this information. For further details on how we can help, please get in touch - contact us
