Fire Safety is an ever-evolving subject area. Property Tectonics are always working with our in-house specialists to stay at the forefront of changes. 

The Government’s key objective from the fire consultation has been to:

  • Strengthen the Regulatory Reform
  • Implement recommendations from phase 1 of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry
  • Review how building control bodies consult with Fire and Rescue and how Fire Safety information is held and reviewed.

We will review how these key objectives are being targeted and what you should be aware of as property professionals.

A draft Building Safety Bill was published in July 2020 for high-rise residential buildings. Find out how:
