As we continue to refresh Lifespan Housing, we are making improvements to the User Interface. The latest update completed is the Document Search function. The documents section now provides improved filtering and sorting options, making it quicker and easier to locate the item(s) you are searching for.

You can also make use of our photo schedule function, which gives the ability to view all the images collected, against that property, in one specific area.

The documents module within Lifespan Housing has been redeveloped to make searching for the relevant document quicker and easier.

The update is live within the software, so you may already have seen the changes.

We have introduced a filter section, which categorises the documents that have been uploaded to a property, this is dependant on the details you specify when you first upload the document to Lifespan.

The filters provided are:

· File Type
· Attachment Type
· Created on

When you click on the relevant filter, the page is updated to only show you the files/images within that current filter. By un-clicking the filter, it reverts back to showing you all the documents available.

The documents can be downloaded to you in the same way, as previously, by clicking on the relevant image/file and it will automatically download to your computer.



We have also introduced a ‘View By’ section which enables you to view the images/documents as tiles (4 squares image) or as a list (4 lines image).



There is an option to view all the images saved against that property in one area, which will allow you to convert and view or print the images in one document. To view the images this way, click on the schedule button within the documents module, which can be found on the ribbon bar, at the top of the screen.
