Technology is in our DNA. Way back in the eighties we identified the need for asset management software to collect, collate, manage and analyse property data so we developed ‘Lifespan’. We continue to invest heavily in software development combining the expertise of our surveyors with the skills of our in-house IT team to create industry focussed and intelligent software which is user centric. The software is used every day by practically every member of the wider team to deliver our Asset Management Services, for mobile on-site working, Project Management and Energy Services.

Look out for our newly redeveloped Lifespan Audit Tool. This extremely useful tool is available NOW within your Lifespan Housing account.

The new tool allows users to:

· Search by UPRN to see any changes made within the property.
· See who made those changes to the UPRN/Property details.
· Monitor when those changes were implemented.
· Use the calendar facility to set a date range for reviewing your audit trail.
· View your search results will be shown in a tabulated form.
· Filter on each tab has further drill-down capabilities to provide more detailed information.

The Audit Tool is available within your Lifespan Housing account now.
