Lifespan Software is pleased to announce that from 20th September 2023, Lifespan RdSAP users will have the option to lodge through the Elmhurst Energy Accreditation scheme.

Following the merger between Stroma and Elmhurst, our aim is to give Lifespan RdSAP users maximum flexibility in the Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) market.

With the ability to currently lodge through Sterling Accreditation and Quidos and now with the addition of Elmhurst Energy, we feel this is a positive move forward for our Lifespan RdSAP users.

How to register a new Lifespan RdSAP account:

• Click Register in the top right-hand corner

• Complete the registration form with all the required details

  • Enter your company details using your unique accreditation membership number (Sterling –STER/………. , Elmhurst/………. Etc) in the DCLG box.
  • Create your own username and password to log into Lifespan and once the form is filled, click ‘Sign ‘Up.

  • The Lifespan Support Team will be alerted that your new account has been registered.

  • Each account created will go into training mode to allow new users to familiarise themselves with the software so as not to lodge reports incorrectly.
  • When you are ready to lodge, contact the Lifespan Support Team,  who can update the account from ‘Training’ to ‘Active’.

  • To allow you to lodge to the register you will need to supply us with your membership certificate. This is your evidence that you have been accredited with a scheme.

  • When you have logged into your account, you can view and amend your account through the ‘Control Panel’, from here you can amend your profile, input your PI Insurance and top up your PayPal account to facilitate your lodgments.
