Technology is in our DNA. Way back in the eighties we identified the need for asset management software to collect, collate, manage and analyse property data so we developed ‘Lifespan’. We continue to invest heavily in software development combining the expertise of our surveyors with the skills of our in-house IT team to create industry focussed and intelligent software which is user centric. The software is used every day by practically every member of the wider team to deliver our Asset Management Services, for mobile on-site working, Project Management and Energy Services.

Aside from the normally used filters, Quick filters has a couple of features to make looking for properties easier. Use the ‘Paste URPN’ facility to paste in URPN’s from excel or emails to find the properties you need, and don’t forget the ‘Special’ filters for uncalculated RdSAP, and Decent Homes- Non-Compliant.

Aside from the normally used filters, Quick filters has a couple of features to make looking for properties easier.

Use the ‘Paste URPN’ facility to paste in URPN’s from excel or emails to find the properties you need, and don’t forget the ‘Special’ filters for uncalculated RdSAP, and Decent Homes- Non-Compliant.
