What can I use ORP funding for?
While social housing providers will use the majority of their grant award to install energy efficiency measures, up to 10% of the ORP grant can be used for other services including:
• Asset management software
• Carbon modelling software
• Third party management fees such as Retrofit Coordination,
Retrofit Assessment and Target Energy Pathway creation.
