The Welsh Government have launched the latest phase of their Optimised Retrofit Programme funding (ORP).
What is ORP?
ORP assists Welsh Social Housing Providers with the decarbonisation of their housing stock to enable them to achieve the decarbonisation targets set out within section 3 of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023 (WHQS).
What can I use ORP funding for?
While social housing providers will use the majority of their grant award to install energy efficiency measures, up to 10% of the ORP grant can be used for other services including:
• Asset management software
• Carbon modelling software
• Third party management fees such as Retrofit Coordination,
Retrofit Assessment and Target Energy Pathway creation.

Following the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) officially announcing that their new RdSAP 10 methodology is set to roll out on the 15th of June, Property Tectonics are pleased to inform you that our software development team have been busy building our new RdSAP 10.2 interface.
