Technology is in our DNA. Way back in the eighties we identified the need for asset management software to collect, collate, manage and analyse property data so we developed ‘Lifespan’. We continue to invest heavily in software development combining the expertise of our surveyors with the skills of our in-house IT team to create industry focussed and intelligent software which is user centric. The software is used every day by practically every member of the wider team to deliver our Asset Management Services, for mobile on-site working, Project Management and Energy Services.

Lliyan is a graduate software engineer and he will be working with James and the wider software engineer team. James will help to develop our existing products, assist the other Property Tectonics software engineers and giving third line support to our customers via the helpdesk.
