New static reports are now available for use in relation to the WHQS 2023 assessment data stored in Lifespan. There are three new templates, including a high level and detailed report for WHQS data and a stockographic report containing all associated attributes.
For each report, you have the option of exporting data for either the current property or multiple selected properties. The software is only able to export records where the data exists in your Lifespan account. For the detailed and high-level reports, you must have WHQS data stored against the address(es) using the 2023 assessment version and for the stockographic report, you must have the associated stockographic attributes set up in your account and populated for each address you are exporting.
• Migration of existing WHQS data to the new assessment module we have already set up.
• Collect your whole stock information, including WHQS 2023 assessments, using Lifespan Mobile.
• Review your stock's Target Energy Pathway (Medium Term Plan) using CiHA.
• Show how you are targeting a fabric-first strategy.
• Identify your Target Energy Pathway actions as part of your Planned Replacement programme and long-term financial forecast.
• Estimate the investment needed to achieve the WHQS 2023 Standard, monitor progress and benchmark performance.
• Review the implications of Target Energy Pathway actions against your stock’s Net Present Value and possible cases of Cost Prohibition.
• Use the (Homelife) Lifespan Property Passport to provide residents with easy-to-understand Target Energy Pathway information and implementation progression.
• Lifespan attribute section to view, collect, and store Stockographics information for lodgement to the Welsh Assembly.
• Configured output reports ready to submit WHQS 2023 data to the Welsh Assembly.
• Allow pt to assist with the independent verification process.
• Work with pt to build facilities supporting and facilitating tenant engagement.
• Use Homelife to collate your retrofit process information and lodge directly with Trustmark.
• Use pt collaborative partner tools to show how you are monitoring properties to reduce and eliminate risks of dampness, mould growth, risk of excessive cold, excessive heat and overcrowding.
• Collect and store your fire risk assessments so that all information can be referenced from one place.
• Store other compliance certifications so that they can be referenced from one place. For example, EICR certification.
