This project was an office fit-out for a global printing firm, amalgamating 3 London offices / 3 Departments into one single location.  The project included the 3 separate receptions / office spaces and ancillary areas – along with the difficulty of 3 different concept designs to be provided. 

The lead period was very tight with limited information and a tight budget.  As there were affectively 3 clients on one floor and security was quite an issue as the building was previously designed for one user per floor. 

Great care was given to procurement of the different elements of the scheme – from flooring to furniture, and how all these elements interlinked (both visually – and in detail delivery).  This included careful attention to lighting setting out, finishes junctions, branding and so on.

Main risks associated with working within an occupied multi-storey, multi-let central London office.
