stock condition survey

A three-year stock condition survey of boarding houses, school buildings and other non-residential properties, including sports halls, pavilions, museum, dining halls, kitchens, etc. The project included surveys of ancient monuments and Grade I Listed buildings.

We have also carried out numerous damp surveys and investigations in a number of different private and Public-Sector clients for a variety of different types of housing, social housing, retail, educational, commercial and industrial buildings.  We have a number of Chartered Surveyors and Engineers who have a variety of experience in the investigation, diagnosis and repair of damp-related issues to buildings.  We have carried out surveys and investigations related to condensation, lateral and penetrating dampness problems, roof leaks, building fabric failure and building services failure.
