Technology is in our DNA. Way back in the eighties we identified the need for asset management software to collect, collate, manage and analyse property data so we developed ‘Lifespan’. We continue to invest heavily in software development combining the expertise of our surveyors with the skills of our in-house IT team to create industry focussed and intelligent software which is user centric. The software is used every day by practically every member of the wider team to deliver our Asset Management Services, for mobile on-site working, Project Management and Energy Services.

nursery refurbishment & extension

Complete refurbishment of the existing nursery building, including new roof, extension, fenestration and landscaping. Property Tectonics acted as Lead Consultant for these works, including structural, mechanical and electrical services, and also undertook the Contract Administrator and now-defunct CDM-C roles. A feasibility study was undertaken, followed by concept proposals agreed upon with the school, and full planning permission was obtained.
