Social Housing
Social housing is a key area for Property Tectonics and we’ve been working with providers since we started over 30 years ago. This depth of experience and knowledge enables us to fully understand the pressures and demands that social housing landlords face every day. By working closely alongside our social housing customers, we have evolved our services to meet their changing requirements. Not only do we provide professional surveying services through stock condition surveys, but we have also developed software specifically for the social housing sector with Lifespan, our proprietary software delivers intelligent, real-time, tools to store and analyse essential data about their stock. Because we are property professionals, we also understand how that data and can help you with your short and long term asset management strategy.

Healthcare
We continue to work with some of the largest NHS trusts in the UK and we provide expertise in specialist advice and consultancy to the Health Sector. We recognise that estate strategy in the health sector is complex with its own set of unique requirements. We understand these requirements and provide the best advice and professional expertise possible to help manage and improve NHS estates.

Education
We have been privileged to work with some of the largest and most prestigious universities from across the UK all facing their own unique issues. This includes experience of older universities with grade 1 listed buildings on their campus who have a very specific set of challenges when managing their buildings compared to newer facilities. From ‘Red Brick’ universities through to smaller college campuses and schools we help, support and advise. We also provide guidance and support for smaller educational facilities who are not always able to have a dedicated expert on site. We have worked with Head Teachers across the UK to manage build projects, which can often be a daunting process, allowing them to carry on with their teaching role.
