Following a successful tender submission, Property Tectonics completed a Stock Condition Survey of approximately 1,100 properties in Cumbria for Impact Housing (now Riverside Housing).

We used Lifespan Housing and Lifespan Mobile software to collect, manage and store the data. The Lifespan Mobile data collection system is a truly survey-bred software and is fully integrated software with Lifespan Housing allowing data to be easily imported and exported with robust data validation facilities.

 

This allowed Impact Housing to fully understand their stock enabling them to create an asset strategy and planned maintenance programme.
