Background:

Over the last three years, Property Tectonics have undertaken a series of building surveys for Admiral Taverns, identifying the major building defects, the remedial works required and the costs of repair. The surveys have assisted Admiral Taverns in the development of their property management strategy.

Property Tectonics have also advised Admiral Taverns on boundary and party wall matters, including acting as appointed surveyors under the Party Wall Act and agreeing party wall awards with Admiral Taverns neighbours.
