At Property Tectonics, we continue to enhance our digital security measures, giving both our customers and team peace of mind.

Cyber Essentials Accreditation

We’re proud to have passed our annual Cyber Essentials assessment, demonstrating our commitment to secure operations. This includes audits of our software, hardware, and cloud-based systems.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

We only use and support platforms with MFA enabled, adding an extra layer of security. This includes:

• Microsoft 365 & Teams

• Kayako Helpdesk

• Float

• Capsule CRM

• ON24

• Easy PQQ

If MFA isn't available, the platform isn't used, simple.

Software Resilience with NCC Group

We’ve partnered with NCC Group to offer software escrow services, safeguarding your access to our Lifespan software:

1 Our source code is securely stored and updated with NCC Group.

2 If we’re unable to meet contractual obligations, you can access the code directly.

3 This ensures business continuity and operational resilience.

Cybercrime costs UK businesses an estimated £27bn per year, with the housing sector increasingly targeted. We’ve acted swiftly to strengthen our defences:

Lifespan Software Security Enhancements

• Password Policy: Stronger password rules and a single login for
all Lifespan products.

• MFA Rollout: Additional verification to access accounts.

• Auto Logout: 40-minute timeout for idle sessions.

• Account Lock: Inactive accounts over 30 days will be locked automatically.
