WHQS 2023 – dashboard & compliance statements

WHQS Dashboard

The WHQS dashboard is included in the same location as our other dashboards. It provides users with both high a level summary of their overall compliance data and a progress snapshot showing how compliance has changed over time within the current year. Similar to other dashboards within Lifespan, users can use this to interrogate their data e.g. to view the list of properties that are non compliant with WHQS.

In order for the WHQS dashboard to work, you must have WHQS data stored against your addresses using the 2023 assessment version. The dashboard will not analyse the previous version of WHQS data in your account.

Please contact pt if you require assistance in transferring historic WHQS data over to the new version, a statement of work can be provided.

WHQS Compliance Statements

As per the requirements of WHQS 2023, you can now produce a statement of compliance for each property to issue to the contract holder. The statement of compliance has been designed to meet the requirements set out within WHQS 2023 and can be accessed via the static reports section of the WHQS module.
